An iPhone speakerphone dock will allow you to listen to your music as well as act as a Speakerphone for your iPhone. This is very helpful because your hands are free to type or do what ever you need to do. For a system to be a speakerphone it needs to be bluetooth enabled and have a built in Microphone. With these two elements you should be able to hear your call through the speakers and talk through the microphone. Of course there are a few more feature that will improve your experience.
